Last night I helped Chef Lata with a Spoleto charity auction dinner on Sullivan’s island, where he cooked a four-course dinner for 12 guests with wine pairings by Harry Root of Grassroots Wine. The food and wine were exceptional (of course) but the sunset as we set up for dinner was the real daisy.
Also the moon has been up crazy early. Tonight there is a full “snow” moon, a lunar eclipse, and a comet all in one night.
