On our last full day in Como, we carved out a morning and better part of the afternoon to catch the ferry to Bellagio for some exploring. Bellagio is the pearl of Lake Como – a stunning village situated on a promontory jutting into the center of the lake. Because of it’s location, there are nearly 360 views of the lake and mountains as well as charming cobblestone alleyways, touristy shops and restaurants, and gorgeous parks. We made sure to stop by the famous silk shop Azalea, so that I could peruse the scarves, but otherwise we mostly wandered the less crowded alleyways to take in the sights in peace.
Ryan was obsessed with the ivy and vines that covered everything.

I was obsessed with the enchanting alley ways.

Lunch was at Hotel Silvio and included glittering views of the lake, followed by a stroll through the botanical gardens.
